Cotton vs. Polyester: What Fabric Should You Choose?

The material matters as much as the message. Here’s how they compare:

  • Cotton Shirts: Soft, breathable, and classic, great for everyday comfort
  • Polyester Shirts: Lightweight, durable, and moisture-wicking. Ideal for active use or budget-conscious campaigns
  • Cotton-Poly Blends: A versatile middle ground that retains comfort with added durability and shrink resistance

Your choice depends on wear frequency, purpose, and budget. For uniforms or events, blends offer excellent balance.
